Job Description
- Implement and Facilitate the Near-hire Training Program that advocate mastery on improvement for communication skills, soft skills, and industry knowledge.
- Develop and utilize Training Needs Analysis to help evaluate the program and identify gaps where training intervention may be needed.
- Responsible for designing and implementing training activities to ensure effectiveness of the program in general.
- Responsible for conducting quality analysis on existing modules and present recommended designs/strategies to ensure improvement on quality of training graduates
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate in any course
- 2 years College undergraduates are also welcome to apply as long as with experience in teaching.
- Must have at least 6 months to 1 year experience in teaching/training English.
- Neutral to American Accent
- Willing to travel/train in different locations particularly - Quezon City to Alabang Area, Antipolo (Mostly Antipolo areas and willing to be assigned in Makati).
