Job Description

  • Manage global Contact Center infrastructure – Incident and Change Management
  • Incident Management responsibilities include technical work on tickets, analysis of issues, participation in troubleshooting calls, restoring the operational state and then providing improvement ideas
  • Change Management responsibilities include whole life cycle of change since the planning and preparation until the actual implementation (at either CLI or GUI)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant fieldsBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant fields
  • Expertise on Design, Deployment, Configuration, Upgrade and Troubleshooting of Verint Witness Solutions
  • Hands-on Experience on Development/Configuration/Troubleshooting of Symon Wallboard Messages

Nice To Have:

  • Exposure to Genesys Framework and Voice Solutions
  • Exposure to Nuance ASR and Intervoice IVR
  • Good Technical & Functional Documentation skills using Visio/Microsoft Office
  • Interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
