Job Description
- Responsible to mentor the trainees on the job and ensure they reach the required efficiency & accuracy levels in data entry.
- Provide annual performance appraisals of direct reports and provide regular feedback, if required to Operation Manager.
- Reporting to the operations manager on performance, status and any escalations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Bio-Medical Sciences/ Pharmacy) / BAMS / BHMS / MBBS)
- 2-4 years of experience in handling Pharmacovigilance operations and people management experience
- Clinical Research Background
- Good Knowledge of the process
- Good communication and presentation skill
