Job Description
- Analyze company monthly performance
- Provide insight, feedback on the numbers, variance vs budget
- Coordinate, prepare and consolidate budget for the group
- Connect the dots between financial statement and operational indicators
- Organize and summary complex financial management working paper
- Communicate and interact well with various department within the company
- Produce a management deck presentation
- Do the improvement of our Finance & Accounting business process
Minimum Qualifications
- Possess at least a Bachelor's / Master degree in accountancy or its equivalent with strong accounting and finance knowledge and practical experience
- At least 5 years of work experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
- Having Audit / Assurance from Big Four and SAP experience is a big advantage
- Good team player with the ability to work independently with high commitment and confident
- Resourceful, self-driven and have high initiative
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to comb through details and present findings in relevant summarize form
