Job Description
You will be responsible to:
- Manage and maintain all employee databases both for new and existing employees
- Make monthly report for employee attendance, overtime, medical reimbursement, and other variable allowances, as part of the payroll process.
- Register and/or update BPJS data for both new and existing employees
- Input employee medical reimbursement into SAP system
- Keep track of all employee contract and probation review date
- Make employee contract and/or other employee related letter
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Law or Management Major
- Have passion and good basic understanding of Human Resource
- Willing to travel outside Java to NTB, NTT, Sulawesi, Sumatra, and all company area across Indonesia
