Job Description
- Mencari petani potensial untuk dapat bermitra dengan perusahaan
- Mensosialisasikan dan menawarkan produk Financing ke para petani
- Mencapai target sales yang telah ditetapkan
- Berkunjung ke lokasi operasional untuk survey lapangan dan memastikan kesuksesan penggunaan produk
- Memastikan semua hubungan kemitraan di setiap wilayah telah berjalan dengan baik
- Melakukan penagihan (collection) ke mitra sampai dengan Par 3 (90 hari setelah jatuh tempo)
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal D3 jurusan apa saja (diutamakan jurusan Pertanian)
- Berdomisili di Lampung
- Memiliki pengalaman bekerja minimal 1 tahun di bidang Sales & Marketing
- Bersedia bekerja di lapangan
- Aktif dan memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik
