Job Description
- Responsible for all administrative work needed both internal or external, including payment related document to third party.
- Responsible for publishing SPK and PO, setting meeting appointment and do minutes of meeting.
- Communicate with vendors for all supporting documents needed in the project
Minimum Qualifications
- Have at least associate degree, preferably in engineering
- Have at least 1 year of experience handling administrative work
- Passionate and willing to do administrative work
- Good communication skills
- Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo, East Java and if needed to travel to all business unit across Indonesia.
