Job Description
Vasham has been growing tremendously in the past 2 years. We are now focus on building the trading business & expanding it all across Indonesia. We are currently in a search for potential candidates to be trained as the Head of Production.
Your main job will be to:
- Translate and set the production target into daily target and make sure it is achieved
- Check, analyze, and evaluate all the production process
- Work together with engineering team to identify & implement all maintenance as a preventive action based on the standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Manage & maintain all the production & inventory data as a report to management
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate/Bachelor Degree majoring in engineering
- Willing to be placed at Bima, West Nusa Tengara (and across Indonesia if needed)
- Willing to enrole in a 6 month dedicated on the job training in Japfa's Facilities across Indonesia.
- Having a minimum of 1-2 year experience in handling productions, preferably in seeds
- Expected to have a good knowledge in raw material (especially seeds) processing & supply chain business
