Job Description
Vasham has been growing tremendously in the past 2 years. We are now focus on building the trading business & expanding it all across Indonesia. We are currently in a search for potential candidates to be trained as the Head of Corn Dryer Factory.
Your main resposibilities will be to:
- Building & maintain relationships with all local farmers as part of raw material (corns) sourcing activity
- Ensure all the targeted tonnage capacity achieved
- Actively track and make a proposal regarding the corn prices in the market
- Work together with Quality Control to know the quality of all corns inventory
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree from any major but prefered from engineering/agricultural studies
- Willing to be placed at Bima, West Nusa Tenggara (and in accross Indonesia if needed)
- Willing to enrolled in a 6 month dedicated on the job training at Japfa facilities in accorss Indonesia.
- Having a minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in raw material procurement & expected to understand the supply chain of seed business.
