Job Description
- Maintains and monitors computer networks and systems;
- Solves hardware faults;
- Performs electrical safety checks on the company's computer equipment;
- Assists employees on technical issues;
- Installs and configures the company's computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Complies to Information Security and Data Privacy guidelines
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree graduate in Information Technology or any related course;
- With 2-3 years experience;
- Strong analytic skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Expert knowledge in how operating systems work;
