- Supervise the production line base on the production schedule
- Train and coach poduction line employees
- Responsible in meeting the production goals
- Organize and coordinates production startups, shutdowns and changeovers
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Management/Supervisory skill preferably in Line Production System.
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficient.
- Good understanding on English and Metric System.
- Technical know-how on Bills of Materials and Production Cost Tracking.
- Possess at least two skills on the field of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, electronics and pneumatic.
