Job Description
Client Overview
We are a Chartered Accounting firm located in Melbourne Australia. We have clients across a wide range of industries and offer a range of services to our clients including accounting and tax, business consulting and advisory.
We encourage, promote and support your ongoing learning.
The successful candidate will work on a range of small to medium clients and be involved with tasks from start to finish.
The responsibnilities include:
- Prepare individual Tax Returns
- Prepare Business Tax Returns
- Prepare Financial Reports
- Records Keeping
- Email and post correspondence to clients
- Liaising with the ATO
- Collate financial reports and tax returns for clients to sign -
- Manage mail
- Manage diary
- Manage email
- Follow Up Clients for information
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of tax experience within an Australian accounting public practice
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience using Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks software
- Familiarity with preparing Australian tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts and superannuation funds.
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
- CPA preferred
