We work with organisations to apply human-centred design as a method to innovate products and services and create sustainable competitive advantage. Our job is to deliver tangible value for businesses, customers, staff and stakeholders alike. We use design and technology to create integrated experiences across multiple channels and touch-points (online and offline). We have built communities around human-centred design regionally across APAC, through Design Thinking Asia: http://www.design-thinking.asia We also partner and collaborate with innovative start-ups, entrepreneurs and social enterprises in Asia-Pacific so that we can bring startup culture and thinking to our corporate clients. Our aim is to help emerging markets in Asia become known for cutting-edge service design and business innovation.
