Partner Relations Officer  

The Partner Relations Officer must maintain close relationships with current partners and secure new partners for all Company education programs.

He/She will be the face of UTP to local partners. His/Her primary role will be to develop partnership strategies that would result in local partner expansion and establish a consistent presence to current and new partners; maintaining them as UTP’s partners and keeping them satisfied with UTP’s services. Key functions include:

• Strategizing, developing, and managing UTPs existing and new partners in the Philippines.
• Liaising between the operations department and local partners in satisfying the needs of UTP and its local partners in order to boost sales

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct cold calls/visits to potential partners and facilitate meetings, orientations, and presentation until the partnership is established.
• Communicate and regularly visit partners to build a strong and solid UTP relationship and presence.
• Manage and contain crisis and problems related to UTP’s programs.
• Collaborate with each program department for activities, sponsorship, and/or events of the partners in line with each program’s goals.
• Actively report new trends, market competition, etc. in the assigned area to UTP

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration or any other related course.
• Interest in client relationship management, sales and customer service, with the ability to inform and persuade people.
• Decision-making skills, quick problem-solving skills, crisis management skills
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment with little supervision and guidance
• Willingness to report to BGC at least once a week and be on the field the rest of the time
