Job Description

Do you have a passion for teaching local businesses how to use new technology solutions?

Are you patient, understanding and always motivated to help others?

Then this might be the perfect role for you!

As a key member of the UTAK POS team, you'll be responsible for helping to train-up our new local business clients from the food, service and retail industries on how to use UTAK POS and INVENTORY, maximise its features, navigate the set-up and generally help the business owner and staff become familiar so that they can be experts themselves in using the system daily.

It's a little bit like being a teacher, so you'll need to be confident, assertive, focused - able to find different ways to clearly explain things, repeat things - all whilst being extremely patient and being OK to work with people of all all ages and backgrounds.

The role includes assisting new UTAK POS partners in onboarding and conducting training sessions with them via zoom.

  • Facilitating the training with new partner merchants so that they're able to understand and perfectly use the software themselves.
  • Helping them to know all the features, how the system works, how to maximise the use of key parts.
  • Making customers feel happy, confident and reassured about how they are learning and navigating the software.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A passion for helping small and local buisnesses
  • Patience in teaching people new skills linked to digital technology
  • Teaching and training restaurants, cafes, retail and service businesses in the Philippines and Asia via zoom on how to use a POS and Inventory system
  • An ability to build a rapport with local food business staff and owners.
  • Humilty, warmth, energy and a service-orientated attitude.
  • Stong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self motivated with a strong desire to succeed
