Job Description
- Prepares, updates, and maintains training modules based on standard product listing.
- Ensures on time training and orientation of newly hired sales support staff.
- Executes training plan according to schedule and provides training collaterals.
- Ensures results are timely cascaded to the immediate head of the trainees and conduct training verification result.
- Determines training needs & submit recommendation for trainees based on initial training result.
- Improves training effectiveness through research and develops new training approach.
- Supports training financial objectives by recommending budget items and reducing/controlling costs.
- Enhances job knowledge thru participation in educational opportunities and reading professional publications and research.
- Conducts internal and external customer survey
- Submit summary reports with analysis and recommendation.
- Acts as support to other task needed for the improvement of the department.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Educ, Psychology or any Business related course.
- Experience as a selling supervisor handling 10 or more people.
- Experienced as a company trainer is an advantage.
- Good listening, oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in all office application.
- Team player and result oriented.
- Good analytical and research skills.
- Can create training modules for different training needs.
- Willing to be assigned in Marikina Branch.
- Mobile person and can work with minimal supervision.
