Job Description
- Supports team manager and performs management duties when manager is absent or out of office
- Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
- Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
- Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints
- They are responsible for motivating team members and assessing their performance and evaluation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a call center setting.
- 2 years experience as a Team Leader
- Possess solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and motivate a team
- Excellent problem-solving and de-escalation skills
