Job Description
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. We’ll rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company’s positive image
Relationship Manager with a best-in-class track-record:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel
- Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with our products and services.
- Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
- Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Head of Sales.
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
- Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
- Updating the CRM and ensuring account managers are aware of changes within clients.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience working as a client relationship manager or a track record of managing client relationships would be an advantage but not essential.
- Strong people person and an expert in two-way communication (oral and written). Ability to build relationships, influence others, and obtain results through working with others.
- Organized, high energy, and results driven, capable of being a leader within the company.
- Superior problem-solving skills, ability to identify issues, root causes, and solutions.
- Able to work with a diverse team.
