Graphic Artist  

The Product Developer in the operations production team is responsible for preparing and laying out prints for production. Developer ensures that the specific details used for printing is consistent, complete and strictly follows the actual sample approved by Management or client.

Tasks & Activities

Print Details

• Coordinate with sales and marketing team in the presence of Operations Manager if necessary for clarifications of print details (size, color, material, mode of print, etc.)
• Gather all information and take record with regards to the print needed for production and then ask for signature, approval and go signal

Print Management

• Ensures that the prints are provided on-time and follows the schedule of production
• Ensures that the quality of materials and printing is maintained
• Properly clean and maintain all printing equipment regularly
• Follows the specifications and instructions of printing approved by Management or client
• Prepare and provide details of prints or embroidery to contractors if necessary, monitors and ensures that contractors provide the prints on-time

Print Record

• Properly keeps record of the consumption of prints of each project
• Takes note if there are any issues with the materials or process of printing and notifies Operations Manager, Operations Manager will relay to Quality Assurance manager for filing purposes

• Possess at least a College Degree
• Applicants must be willing to work at 21 Duhat Road, Brgy. Potrero, Malabon City, 1475
• At least 2 year (s) of working experience in related field in Media and Creatives
• Fluent in both English and Filipino language
• Competencies: problem-solving, interpersonal, managerial, organized, planning and strategic, creative, numerical, MS Excel, PhotoShop, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator
