Job Description
Minimum Education
Master’s Degree (S2) from a Psychology or Management background.
Experience
Minimum 3 years experience in HRD Department of higher education environment.
Skills & Knowledge
- Basic computer skill (office suite + internet).
- Able to read / write in English fluently (additional languages are a plus).
- Understanding of Indonesia Labor Rules & Regulation.
- Able to handle sensitive and classified material.
- Good networking skill.
- Good problem solving skill.
- Familiarity with appraisal methods.
- Good communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications
Universitas Ciputra is looking for passionate HRD Managers to develop excellent educational team, which creates world class entrepreneurs with strong character and will to build the nation.
- Establish good relationship with other institutions for recruitment channels, including but not limited to: DIKTI, jobs/recruitment center (JobsDB), training institutions, DISNAKER, and other universities.
- Financial budgeting, monitoring, and control.
- Perform Training Needs Analysis for each human resource in Universitas Ciputra with consultation with each Head of Departments.
- Create organizational Training Plan.
- Conduct HR-related training and provision of organizational training initiatives.
- Develop and create a career path development and promotional benefits.
- Create, manage, and implement employee welfare programs.
- Plan and manage employee payroll and benefits.
- Collect performance appraisal reports and recommend renumeration annually, working with Rectorate and Faculty members.
- Work with Quality Assurance for HR policy and employment program standardization and new operating procedures.
- Act as change champion for new policies and operating procedures.
- Create and develop a Human Resource recruitment strategy for staff and academics.
- Plan and implement team building programs (outing, trainings, celebrations) to build human resources’ morale.
- Finalization of recruitment and hiring process, included but not limited to entry / exit procedures.
- Working with peers and Rectorate for organizational human resource related policy recommendations.
- Human resource conflict analysis, risk management, and crisis mediation within the organization.
