Job Description
- Serve as a direct Marketing representative capable of making sound decisions for all UGCI Branches in his assigned Area of operation. Ensure that all Company policies are implemented.
- Entails customer, partner, and corporate responsibilities.
- Enable, drive and elevate Universal Glass Co. Inc.'s position and penetration into the marketplace.
- Internally and externally focused on UGCI Branch operations in support of customer and market requirements.
- Responsible for driving the implementation of strategic initiatives to accelerate growth in market share.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate of any 4-year course, preferably business/ marketing course
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- With actual field sales experience for at least 2 years
- Able to manage sales area and formulate strategic sales plan
- Able to manage and train subordinates effectively
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Willing to travel in South NCR (Alabang, Evangelista, Sucat, Imus)
