Job Description
- Responsible for achieving sales goals set by management
- Maintain, manage, and develop current accounts and pursue prospective customers
- Provide value-added services to customers through business development
- Maintain high level of product and customer knowledge
- Prepare and present proposals and maintain existing customer relationships
- Prepare sales reports and other values correspondence necessary including competition strategies
- Prepare sales orders and monthly sales forecast as accurately as possible
- With liaison function, i.e. communicate and coordinate sales and delivery activities
- Serve Statement of Accounts (SOA) to customers and make follow-ups on payment due and handle collection
- Coordinate with customers for needed documents until all necessary requirements have been accomplished
- Maintain a filing system for all documents pertaining to accounts
- Maintain records to effectively track progress
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales (Field) preferably gained from Real Estate and FMCG
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Available areas: Pampanga (2), Bulacan (1), Parañaque/Taguig (1), Makati (1), QC (1), Cavite (1)
