Job Description
- Customer Focus & Servicing- Crew assistance is successfully completed with all the specific demands and details covered, avoiding the necessity to perform further requiring seafarers to report frequently. Results of customer’s satisfaction survey received from stakeholders.
- Cost Efficient and Credit Control – Ensure that all payments made to Seafarer’s/beneficiaries are correct in every data/ or numerical figure and as instructed/ approval by the stakeholders.
- Deadlines – Compliance with the cut off periods and proper observance of specified schedules and deadlines.
- Stress Management – Effectively performed tasks even under varying conditions, quickly adapts work behavior and methods to accommodate for
- Records Control & Security- Applies extra care/ diligence in the exercise of internal control of all seafarers Cash advances, Final Wages and all crew related documents. Develops risks assessment strategies to safeguard all seafarers Final Payments
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree holder in any business related courses
Experience: Fresh Graduate or any Entry level position
Must have skills:
- Good communications skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Organized and with keen eye for details
- Pro-active and applies innovative techniques
