Job Description
- Assists Account Executives (AE) in dealing with clients and closing of deals.
- Develops and services accounts for all Individual Life Plans and Group Accounts referred by UCPB branches.
- Provides after-sales services to clients in regards to policy details, reinstatements, billing notices, endowment, lapses requirement, withdrawals, quotation, customer feedback and other related concerns.
- Generates and prepares reports (Weekly and monthly Production, Official and Unofficial MUM, MANCOM, and other reports requested by actuarial, Bancassurance head, Corporate planning department and UCPB)
- Prepares manual commission voucher (initial and renewal) for releasing
- Monitors all Cash advances, liquidations/ reimbursements vs. budget, Weekly Activity Monitoring, Team Activity Monitoring and memos of Account Executives (AE)and Team Leads (TL)
- Monitos Daily Time Records of AEs and TLs
- Supports AEs in proposal generation. Updates the new version of the proposals received from actuarial.
- Coordinates with actuarial regarding special client proposals
- Monitors new business applications (completeness and accuracy of transmittal and insurance application and premium payment)
- Monitors loan appications up to release of policy contract
- Encodes and monitors new agent/referror information in CISBancassurance System. Monitors resigned UCPB employees
- Ensures bill payments, deposit; FT slips are forwarded to accounting
- Monitors OPR (initial and renewal premium for regular and VL accounts)
- Monitors supplies vs budget. Monitors messengers activities
- Monitors and safe keeps APR and postdated checks.
- Sorts and extracts all due and lapsed policies from policy admin department and ensure that clients are updated on the status
- Updates AE licenses and enrolling AEs in the system
- Monitor for compliance with ISO standards
Minimum Qualifications
- 4 year graduate of any course
- Skilled in monitoring and updating systems
- Excellent in time management
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Open to do sales in the future once promoted
