Job Description
- Prepares quarterly utilization reports with analysis including utilization presentation to clients.
- Prepares renewal analysis of accounts due for renewal.
- Conducts renewal negotiation with clients.
- Issues policy documents to new and renewed accounts.
- Relays client concerns/issues to concerned units and ensure to address and provide immediate feedback to client.
- Conducts frequent client visits (accounts and partner brokers) to establish rapport with clients.
- Participates in company activities and wellness programs of accounts to increase visibility to clients.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4 year College Graduate
- With similar work experience
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel
