Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Replacing parts as required.
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
- Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
- Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.
- Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
- Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time.
- Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers.
- Testing and evaluating new technology.
- Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Male, 19-29 years old
- Willing to work in Intramuros, Manila
- Knowledgeable in basic troubleshooting and software.

Uni-Ship Incorporated covers port operations in all the 7, 300 islands of the Philippines with 32 years of experience in the shipping and logistics industry. The company was established on March 10, 1986 right after the Philippine revolution. Finding opportunities amidst the political economic crisis, Uni-Ship started operations with charter vessels carrying forest wood products on a semi-liner basis from 1986 to 1995. On 2005 up to the present, UNI-SHIP INCORPORATED is the Philippine Agent of Sinotrans Container Lines Limited and continuously cater breakbulk, tramper, chartering with the additional services of forwarding, logistics, custom brokering, warehousing, trucking and container depot. Thus, making the company a one-stop shop for total logistics need with the strength of domestic cargo distribution.
