Job Description
- Manage loan payments and collection initiatives on daily basis by conducting high pressure contact with past due/delinquent accounts.
- Maintain monitoring reports of accounts handled by ensuring its accuracy and integrity in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Familiar with Philippine loan collections industry rules, have a clear understanding to risk clients, have the ability to skillfully use different ways to deal with different overdue clients.
- With a wealth of experience in payday loan phone and face visit collections.
