Job Description
- Responsible for improving the Credit underwriting/evaluation process, memorandum and policies based on mobile Fintech system;
- Manage loan payments and collection initiatives on a daily basis by conducting a high pressure contact with past due/delinquent accounts;
- Monitoring of reports of accounts handled by ensuring its accuracy and integrity in a timely manner.
- Responsible for related overdue clients service work; and,
- Perform other task relevant to the function as required by the management.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 Year of working experience for a collection of unsecured consumer loans in online lending Company or banking/financial credit collection field.
- Familiar with Philippine loan collections industry rules, have a clear understanding of risk clients, have the ability to skillfully use different ways to deal with different overdue clients.
- With a wealth of experience in payday loan phone and face visit collections.
- Required Skill(s): Detailed, Result Oriented, Good oral and communication skills, Good analytical and problem-solving.
