Job Description
- Handles and attend to various CTS Activities specifically Customer Complaint, Customer Survey, Benchmarking and Product Presentation;
- Monitors the implementation of various operational programs on Customer Service like, Business process improvements, service delivery level, yield, inventory management, etc.;
- Conducts benchmarking activities in the area on products, services, infrastracture, office, etc.;
- Monitors and reports the implementation and execution of the various company customer service activities, especially, but not limited to service level in Sales order processing, delivery, product yield, inventory and other activities as identified in the UGC Business Process;
- Formulate or assist concerned groups in the development and establishment of systems and procedures, documentation, reporting and performance measurements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Engineering Course preferably Chemical, Industrial or Civil;
- Work experience in Production, Construction/Roofing Installation and/or Customer Service especially in Customer Relations is an advantage, but Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply;
- Proficiency in computer applications on Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Data Base Management, etc.;
- Background in General Engineering;
- Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written;
- Detail Oriented;
- Can give results within the given period;
- Teamworker/Flexible.
