Job Description
- Maintains the Accounts Receivable, Inventory, PPE and Accounts payable subsidiary ledgers, ensuring that transactions are recorded and posted accurately and timely in accordance with applicable standards and accounting policies;
- Provides support to Area Finance Supervisor in ensuring compliance with established controls and institutes process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity;
- Ensures and monitors the proper implementation of the company's finance and accounting systems, policies and procedures to protect company resources;
- Performs the month-end preliminary closing process of Receivables, Inventory, Fixed Asset & Payables modules, ensuring quality and timelines;
- Performs AR accounts clearing.
Minimum Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant;
- 1 year to 2 years combined experience in Finance or Controlling, Audit, Internal Controls, Business Process, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Business Partnering;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Above Average Computer Skills (MS Office), Oracle or other ERP
