Job Description
- Guide and motivate the Dealers in hitting the volume target for fuels and lubes
- Monitor the volume throughout sales, operations, P&L, manpower and image of the station
- Monitor the pricing and activities of the competitors within the trading area
- Create Local Store Marketing programs for private and public types of customers (loyalty card, VIP services, Discount for tricycle/motorcycle, taxi, jeepney and shuttle)
- Organize soft and grand opening of the station
- Conduct Monthly Station Audit
- Station Performance Appraisal
- Dispensing Pump Totalizer Reading, underground and above tank reading
- Inventory reconciliation
- Process Credit and Debit Memos for Dealer's account through Salesforce
- Credit Memo - P.O. Rebates, Loyalty Programs, Volume/SPA incentive program, Cash Bond Interest, Maintenance Fee, and other reimbursements
- Debit Memo - Franchise fee, POS rental fee, factor and service station supplies
- Recommend Solutions for Station's Plant Issues
- Provide a report to the Engineering and Purchasing departments
- Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing and 3rd Party Contractors
- Address fuels and lubes' delivery concern
- Coordinate with the Operations in Sta. Ana and Valenzuela Plants
- Process requirements in the Department of Energy
- Certificate of Compliance (COC)
- Standard Compliance Certificate (SCC)
- Contribute ideas and recommendations for internal and external projects
- Policy, guidelines and procedures
- Network-wide Station Promotions
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
