JOB SUMMARY:
Reports directly to the General Manager. Create and develop new business relationships with poultry accounts. Perform and coordinate necessary field sales activities and manage sales territory in the National Capital Region.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead and manage sales pipeline.
2. Create and develop new business relationships with key accounts and nutritionists.
3. Build new customers in territory.
4. Develop and maintain marketing and technical competencies in product line and emerging current competitors' sales products.
5. Communicate effectively through internal corporate procedures to process timely sales orders.
6. Develop, modify, or add products for new existing customers.
7. Work closely with research, technical support and marketing to develop optimum trace mineral programs.
8. Develop and present sales strategies to meet the customers' needs and maintain and build the business.
9. Manage sales territory to exceed sales and profit budgets.
10. Attend sales meetings, seminars, trade shows, and other related events as directed by the General Manager.
11. Submit expense reports on a timely basis.
12. Perform other duties that may be assigned by General Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
- At least five (5) extensive years of experience in the same capacity.
- Excellent in sales and negotiation skills.
- Good business sense.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
