Training | Marketing Assistant  

Responsible for assisting the Training and Development Manager with the administration of the Alliance's Training and Development functions. Administer and maintain the Training and Development Department record system. Provide the necessary assistance to the Training and Development department with a high level of integrity, strong organizational skills and professionalism.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

TRAINING

Responsible for clerical and administrative duties related to the delivery of training and organizational development program

• Assist and coordinate with subject expert matter, obtain and distribute required instructional materials, and communicate schedules and details
• Prepare copy and bind training materials, create name tags, sign-in sheets and other duties as required for training events
• Maintain a neat, orderly and efficient Training and Development Department filing system at all times
• Coordinate additional services including technical equipment, meals and refreshments, housekeeping, maintenance or repairs

MARKETING

• Assist the collation of information for promotional literature
• Write articles and promotional material for the company
• Prepare interest written copy for the website
• Upload marketing material to online libraries, internet groups and social media sites
• Update and maintain the marketing department's documentation and databases
• Manage events, booking venues and ordering marketing materials.

Education : Any 4 years Course related to Education, Psychology, Marketing and Advertising or related field.

Experience: Fresh graduate or 1-year experience in any training, marketing or m advertising field.

Others: Has a diverse character and personality. Computer Literate. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills. Must be willing to travel offsite training sessions/ photoshoots/ exhibits. Excellent oral & written communication skills, facilitation skills and organizational skills as well.
