Job Description
Reports directly to the Sales Manager of Unilox Far East Resources, Inc (UFERI). Responsible for the servicing of the existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Execute sales strategies of territory to ensure attainment of sales targets.
- Keep abreast of market developments and recommend appropriate actions to enable the company to adjust and react to such developments ahead of the competitors.
- Conduct quality promotional activities.
- Assist distributions in booking dealers, big land owners and cooperatives.
- Ensure stock availability at all times.
- Submit necessary territory performance reports on time.
- Bill and collect from customer accounts in the territory.
- Preparation of other reports which may be required by management from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, Major in Crop/Soil Science.
- At least 1-2 years relevant experience as Technical Sales Representative preferably in a fertilizer or agricultural company.
- Strong knowledge/skills/experience in verbal and written communication.
- Interpersonal as well as presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency on computer literacy.
- Technical knowledge and commercial experience in agricultural industry particularly in fertilizer and plant nutrition.
- Knowledge in field technical services, trials, promotional programs/activities.
- Honest and trustworthy.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
