Accounting Assistant / Sales Coordinator (TATI-PASIG)  

Job Summary:

Directly reporting to the Accounting and Finance Manager. Responsible for the preparation and encoding for sales and collections. Responsible for maintaining records for accounts payable for both trade and non-trade accounts. Preparation of payroll sheet for the rank and file and performs administrative works such as filing of governmental remittances for Tierra Agri Technologies, Inc. and it’s subsidiary, Unilox Far East Resources Inc.

General Duties/Responsibilities: (final duties to be found on official Job Description)

As Accounting Assistant:

• Computation of Rank and File Payroll.
• Schedule of employees advances for payroll deduction.
• Encoding/preparation of collection lists relating to government remittances (SSS loan, HDMF loan, HDMF contribution, Philhealth contribution.)
• EFPS filing on the monthly withholding tax compensation before 10th of the month.
• In-charge for the annual BIR Alphalist Schedule (BIR 1601-CF) and Employees BIR Form 2316.
• Assistance during month-end closing activity for financial reports for the management.
• Adhere to internal control procedures/policies.
• Preparation of schedule of TR/PN.
• Accomplish bank requirements and documentations.
• Preparation of dollar reconciliation.
• JV entries on dollar purchase, Telegraphic Transfer Payment and PN new/renewal availed.
• Preparation of Daily Cash Report.
• Other reports which may be required by the management from time to time.

As Sales Coordinator

• Preparation of Sales Invoices, Sales Order, Debit Memo, and daily posting of Sales Invoices to ERP.
• Summary of Sales Invoices, and manual recording to Sales Book.
• Monitor collections from DOLE and other customers.
• Preparation of Official Receipts, posting of OR to ERP, summary of OR and manual encoding to Cash Receipts Book.
• Preparation of ERP Aging of Accounts Receivable Trade and reconciliation with AR-Trade per Book.
• Coordination with Technical Sales Representatives with regards to sales and collections.
• Follow-up of BIR 2307 from Customer-Coordination with Sales, and make list of pending 2307.
• Accounts Receivable monitoring.
• Communication with the customers for concern in sales, collections, and overdue accounts.
• Encoding of Sales and Importation list to VAT Relief Summary of Sales and Purchases.
• Encoding of Daily Collections to Daily Cash Report.
• Computation of employee’s commission.

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or its equivalent. CPA is a plus but not required.
• Atleast two (2) years extensive experience in accounting.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Honest and trustworthy.
