- Ensuring that the company brand is presented consistently, campaigns are delivered to deadline, and that the company remains visible in the market. Marketing assistant supports the department by undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.Provides administrative and clerical support to the department.
- Entertains/Answers loan inquiries.
- Explains the loan application process and requirements to prospective borrowers
- Ensures that loan application forms are completely filled out and duly signed and that all pre- processing requirements are provided
- Conducts pre-screening of loan applications.
- Coordinates with LCPU and Credit and Collection Department for additional requirements to complete credit evaluation.
- Contacts loan clients for incomplete requirements, application status, etc. when needed.
- Assist and help track and implement strategies to improve retention and revenue growth of existing accounts as well as monitoring and documenting loan transactions.
- Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
- Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns.
- Assisting with promotional activities of the department.
- Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time that will support organizational goals and objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor/College Degree in Marketing or other business-related courses.
- With accounting knowledge/ background is a plus.
- Has some knowledge in Marketing, and with keen interest in doing marketing as a profession at least two years’ experience.
- With functional knowledge in processing of loans. Strong communication and organizational skills. Attention to details. Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel and power point). Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical.
