- Assist in the completion of corporate finance transactions by assessing the attractiveness of deals.
- Conduct financial analysis and oral and written presentations of findings.
- Research and understand industry/market conditions and developments.
- Assist in the preparation and production of CorFin correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Liaise with the top-tier officers of large organizations.
- Coordinate teams of professionals, including accountants, lawyers, and PR consultants.
- Sort, file and monitor client and internal documents.
- Organize and schedule meetings and event attendance.
- Update and monitor the UI corporate profile.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time that will support organizational goals and objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science, Major in Finance, Management/ Business Administration, Economics or Accounting
- 2- 3 years of related experience
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- General financial knowledge
- Ability to demonstrate effective leadership
- Ability to work well as apart of a team
- Good project and time management skills
- Capability to make difficult decisions especially when under pressure
- IT competency
