Job Description
- Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
- Pays employees by receiving and verifying expense reports and requests for advances; preparing checks.
- Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
- Disburses petty cash by recording entry; verifying documentation.
- Reports sales taxes by calculating requirements on paid invoices.
- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
- Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-years experience in payables.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook. Organizational, verbal and written communication skills a must.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset.

Uni-Care Hygienic Products, Inc. (UCHP) has been established as a manufacturing and distributing firm that produced a variety of paper-based products in Quezon City and some parts Metro Manila. Our traditional business model is manufacturing of disposable adult diapers and distributing to it to Metro Manila. Based on the decision of the company to diversify and expand; we have now manufacturing a variety of disposable diapers for babies and for adults, we also manufacture sanitary napkins. Our recent development is our brand new baby wet wipes. In addition to the expansion of the company, we have reached the areas outside Metro Manila; we now have customers in Northern and Southern Luzon and in Visayas and Mindanao Region.
