- Negotiation and promo execution/ implementation on branch level and manage a group of merchandisers.
- Shall be responsible for increasing the distribution and sales of products in Modern Trade Accounts.
- Responsible for reaching sales target set by the company
- Implement Sales Strategies necessary to achieve sales goals
- Prepare volume forecasts and plan
- Ensure compliance with internal and external reportorial requirements, meeting deadlines including adherence to standard operating procedure/ policies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
- Must have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- With strong leadership and people-management skills
- With strong FMCG Key Accounts management background - preferably has experience handling national retailers or top local accounts.
