As Franchise Marketing Manager, you will lead the management of franchise marketing & sales projects in the Philippines and actively engage with clients from various industries and various countries. You will be mentored by a Franchise consultants from the headquarters in Singapore to develop franchise marketing & sales strategies for both local and foreign clients.

• Lead in developing & executing franchise marketing programs for foreign brands looking for local partners and for local brands looking for local franchisees.
• Actively engage with local franchise leads to market & sell franchise brands
• Develop content for digital & social media channels
• Manage your team of franchise sales & marketing professionals to ensure that clients get maximum exposure and conversion to franchise sales
• Organizing local & international franchise seminars & events to generate exposure to clients and generate new leads
• Actively engage with clients and undertake presentations both one-on-one and in seminars

• At least five (5) years experience in a relevant role e.g. marketing, sales, franchise management, franchise marketing/sales

• Preferably franchise marketing & sales professionals, or those with experience selling businesses and big ticket items.

• With excellent interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills. Possess a positive and patient disposition

• Has a strong aptitude to learn and be challenged constantly

• Able to think on the feet; work and adapt to a changing environment

• Can communicate effectively in oral and written English

• Can work well across teams
