Job Description
- Gather information from SAQ Officer to draft, revise, finalize, execute and endorse contracts, affidavits, undertakings, and letters.
- Facilitate contract negotiations between Clients and Building/Property Owners.
- Process legal certification of sites with complete requirements.
- Collate, keep file and record the Property Documents and Permits secured by SAQ & Permitting for the completion of Lease Packages.
- Perform other work related assignments that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
- Assist SAQ Officer in securing access.
- Review lease of contracts and amendments.
- Assist with change of ownership when leases are assigned to another party or when property is sold.
- Set up contract information in lease database.
- Gather and prepare data analysis pertaining to leases.
- Perform other related duties such as checking of SAQ Liquidations / Reimbursements and provide other administrative functions as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Political Science or any pre-law courses; a graduate of Bachelor of Law is an advantage
- Preferably, with paralegal certification or special course or training
- With at least two (2) to three (3) years experience in Telecommunication Industry or as Real Estate paralegal
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize
- Willing to travel from time to time and work in Taguig
