Job Description
- Actively participate in formulation and implementation of policies
- Assist the HR Supervisor and Department Heads in handling employee relations
- Responsible for initial screening of candidates, shortlisting, and presenting/endorsing to HR & OD Head
- Maintain record of shortlisted candidates for pooling and for future endorsements
- Liaise with Department Heads to ensure understanding of hiring needs and refine the hiring process
- Other HR and admin related duties that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any business-related college degree or equivalent education with experience in Human Resources and/or general business
- At least 2 years experience in Human Resources
- Familiar with employment laws as stipulated in the Labor Code of the Philippines
- Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent planning and organizing skills with the ability to prioritize projects/tasks
- Must possessed management and leadership skills
- Must be proactive and can work with minimal supervision
- Has the ability to discern the candidates who can work in line with the company’s standards and culture
- Willing to work in Taguig City
