Job Description
- Develops and executes strategies of the HR Department
- Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department
- Reviews and maintains job descriptions (JDs)
- Monitors the performance evaluation program and initiate revision if necessary
- Develops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures
- Leads competency based recruitment
- Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements
- Promulgate discipline in the Company
Minimum Qualifications
- WIth at least 10 years experience in Human Resources and/or Management
- Exceptional management skills
- Willing to work in Taguig City
