Job Description
- Provides administrative support to address day-to-day concerns and requirements at the site / office by coordinating with internal and external parties concerned.
- Assists the Department Manager in overseeing the team and ensures that everyone is aligned with the direction of the company.
- Participates in project budget planning and development.
- Tracks related activities and needed documents for the completion of the assigned site projects by preparing reports, milestones, and other activities of the group and clients.
- Provides project information and updates the team and acts as the resource person by performing research, analyzing information, providing accurate documentation and reports.
- Prepares records of site activities and ensures the timely processing of required documents.
- Does other admin-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or Org. Comm.
- Preferably with experience in Admin and Documentations.
- Telco background is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Highly organized, systematic, and great team player.
- Willing to work in Taguig City.
