Minimum Qualifications:
Graduated from college
  • Graduate of any business-related college degree or equivalent education with experience in supply chain management
  • Two (2) or more years of successful supply chain management experience in any industry
  • Advanced computer skills with the ability to use a variety of software packages including but not limited to Microsoft Office and all other inventory systems
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills and has keen attention to details
  • Strong time management and problem solving skills
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills with the ability to prioritize projects/tasks
  • Must possessed management and leadership skills
  • Willing to work in Taguig City
Job Description
  • Responsible in leading activities and processes related to supply chain management, inventory management, warehouse, and distribution management.
  • Design and implement supply strategy to grow the business and increase market share
  • Directs all aspects of supply planning, production planning, supplies warehouse & finished goods warehouse
  • Plan and schedule monitoring and/or supply check up
  • Prepares regular and as needed reports on stock levels, order progress, throughput and customer service
  • Implements methods, practices and techniques to ensure the most economical movement of materials through the supply chain
  • Plan, control and supervise efficient operations of the warehouse to ensure adequate supply, security, and waste prevention
  • Formulate annual plans for the organization in relation to supply management
  • Monitor acquisition and deployment of company properties and/or equipment
  • Responsible in implementing standard work processes for every division of the department (i.e. supply management, inventory management)
  • Prepare and execute purchase plans based on the approval of the COO and the availability of funds.
  • Work closely with the purchasing office to ensure a seamless supply chain of materials
  • Take part in the logistics and management planning
  • Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
