Job Description
- Provide administrative support to address day-to-day concerns and requirements at the site / office by coordinating with internal and external parties concerned.
- Assist the department manager in overseeing the team and ensuring that everyone is aligned with the direction of the Company.
- Participate in project budget planning and development.
- Track related activities and needed documents for the completion of the assigned site projects by preparing reports, milestone and other activities of the group & clients.
- Provide project information and update to the team and shall act as the resource person by performing research, analyzing information, providing accurate documentation and reports.
- Prepare records of site activities and ensure the timely processing of required documents.
- Other admin related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or Org Comm;
- Preferably with experience in Admin and Documentations, Telco background is an advantage;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Highly organized, systematic and great team player;
- Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint;
- Must be willing to work in Taguig City.
