Job Description
- Represent the Company and Telco Operators to Governnment and Private Entities, Building Administrators, Property Owners and Mall Operators and ensure successfull and timely acquisition of assigned sites
- Negotiate the commercial terms with the property owners and assure that rates are within the client’s approved matrix
- Secure all the necessary documents required such as installation plan, MOC & NTP (approved by the client and property owner) and property documents.
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Leasing or Telco is required
- Preferably with experience in Retail or Commercial leasing, Tenant Management, Property and Real Estate or equivalent with functions focused on Negotiation, Marketing and Management
- Must be willing to travel
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and must have the confidence in doing client presentations
