Job Description
- Obtain and check AP supporting documents. Process accounts payable based on approved documents submitted. Ensures that payments are done on due dates.
- Prepares check vouchers based on approved documents.
- Prepares Company checks based on processed check vouchers
- Prepares JV for interest expense on loans payable amortization schedule obtained from the bank
- Prepares cash for distribution to staff based on advances, reimbursements and replenishment.
- Ensures controls on release of checks and cash (to be limited to Fridays, exceptions only on urgent matters)
- Ensures closing balances of AP is always based on supporting documents from suppliers. Prepares monthly AP aging report
- Regular update of cash disbursements as basis of cash position report
- Prepares Monthly disbursement report
- Monthly projected disbursement Report (2 days before end of month)
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Management or Finance
- Experience Accounts Payable processing is an advantage
- Proficient in using of Excel
- High attention to detail and well organized
- Willing to work in Taguig City
