Job Description
- Prepare and submit letter of intent to proposed sites.
- Present and secure approval for the proposed implementation plan to the building administrator/engineer/owner.
- Negotiate the commercial terms with the property owners and assure that rates are within the client’s approved matrix.
- Secure all the necessary documents required such as installation plan, MOC & NTP (approved by the client and property owner) and property documents.
- Ensure that works are completed on time, SAQ costs are within budget and accepted quality metrics.
- Participate in the department meetings and provide accurate daily and weekly progress/status report to the department head.
- Ensure that the set targets are achieved within the defined timelines and periodical review.
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any business-related college degree.
- At least one (1) year of experience in Site Acquisition or Telco industry is preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask and deal with different personalities
- Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines without demand
- Ability to assess and initiate things independently
- Ability to read and comprehend legal documents in relation to site acquisition
- Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to travel from time to time and work in Taguig
