Job Description
- Ensure all financial transactions are accounted for
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Maintain chart of accounts are updated
- Record and verify cash receipts, liquidations, reimbursements accordingly and timely
- Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts
- Maintain the petty cash fund
- Provide administrative support to management as requested.
- Calculate variances from the budget and escalate significant issues to management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably with a Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent;
- Proficient in Excel;
- High level of organization and keen attention to detail;
- Can encode fast and accurately
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply for a junior position.
